What is your Refund Policy?

We are confident on the quality of our products and we constantly test our products on ourselves and on our very willing friends and family.  For safety and contamination concerns, all sales are final. However, if there was a mistake or error on our part, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to make it right!

What about Shipping?
We currently only ship within Canada & to the USA.

Your order will be packaged and shipped via Canada Post within 3 business days. Most of our orders are shipped with Canada Post with delivery in 2-10 business days (may take longer during peak holiday seasons), once packaged. When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. 

FREE Pickup within West Vancouver, Park Royal Mall Area
We can arrange a mutually convenient time for pickup if you are in the area. Please include your availability details in the notes section during the checkout process or send us an email at barrylovesmondays@gmail.com. Once your order is placed we will reach out to confirm arrangements.

Will my soap look exactly like the soap in the photo?
No. We do our best to photograph our soaps so the colours and designs are accurate. Every bar of soap is handmade in small batches which means each bar is unique and may have slight variations or tiny imperfections.  

Do you do customs orders?
Yes! Please contact us for more information. Custom Orders need a minimum lead time of 6-8 weeks to allow for proper curing of the soaps as well as packaging and delivery.
